In order to prevent crime and delinquency among minors, on 08.09.2022, a conversation of 1st-year students with a district inspector, police lieutenant Kulesova A.B., took place at the College of ZEREK, the
inspector held a preventive lecture on the topic "Compliance with traffic rules", article 441 of the KRCoAP "Prohibition of tobacco consumption in educational organizations" was also explained, article 442 KRCoAP "The presence of minors at night in entertainment establishments or outside the home without the accompaniment of legal representatives."
During the conversation, the teenagers were explained at what age criminal responsibility begins and for which crimes punishment follows. The students received detailed answers to their questions.
Summing up, we can conclude that any offense is punishable by Law.
